From the family room, go up the Italian marble
staircase, to the internal balcony, which on looks to
a magnificent huge view of candolim & surrounding
mangrove trees. Through the door on your left, you
enter one of the best roof terrace in Goa, a door
to the left goes to the W/C, with ornate blue floor to
wall tiles, a hand carved latted teak cabinet, topped in
granite with a large Italian sink with chrome taps, wall
mounted w/c and a window with views of the forest.
On the roof terrace, there is a covered plunge pool
which has walls of glass, so you can be at one, while
bathing with the forest below. This roof terrace is
part glass with stainless steel & part walled, for UN
disturbed sun bathing. Astounding views of the Arabian
Sea & back waters.

The opposite roof terrace is part covered of which gives a conservatory effect, with sliding door & windows on looking
the forest, this completely covered area, has sofa, table,
kitchen work bench with sink, Fridge, freezer, fans, lighting,
electrical points, velux blinds. On walking through the sliding
patio doors, you gain access to the outer part of this roof
terrace which is ideal for BBQ & dinning out while taking
a sip of wine while looking out to sea and watching the sun
set.
